Anthony Becerra -
Anthony (Tony) Becerra is the Director of Hilda Tucker Insurance School in Orlando, Florida. He specializes in live classroom pre-licensing and continuing education classes. Through his pre-licensing classes and coaching programs, Tony and his team of instructors have helped thousands of people obtain and maintain their Florida insurance agent’s licenses.
In 1998 he started out in the insurance business with New York Life and later joined Aflac where he held various positions with the company including agent, recruiter, and broker relationship manager.
In 2007, Tony and his wife Suzy started their own agency in Orlando Florida offering health insurance to individuals, small groups, and Medicare eligible individuals. That same year Tony got involved with the insurance school and later became the franchise owner for 6 counties in Central Florida.
Tony currently holds the 215 Life/Health/Annuity license as well as the 220-General Lines license. He and his wife Suzy live in Orlando and have been married for over 23 years and have three beautiful daughters.
Kevin Butler - Life and DI Brokerage Manager, Guardian Life As the Disability Income Specialist and Life Brokerage Manager for Westshore Financial in Tampa, the regional Guardian office for Central and North Florida, he provides support to financial and insurance professionals.
Before transitioning into the financial industry, he was the Director of Marketing for Boss Hoss Cycles, based in Dyersburg, TN. He also spent five years in the oil and gas industry working as Corporate Communications Manager for a major OCTG company.
He started with the Guardian Life agency in Memphis, TN in 2013, where was an advisor for a year before being asked to take on the role of Life and DI Brokerage Manager. It was an immediate fit and he increased the agency’s production by 107% in the first year and substantial growth every year after.
In November 2017, after much persuasion from his wife to move to Florida to be closer to her family, he moved to the Tampa area. Guardian allowed him to transfer his position as Brokerage manager, but he had to start over with his agent and broker contacts.
After serving as a NAIFA board member in Memphis, it just seemed fitting to become involved in NAFIA in Central Florida, and currently serves as the Membership Chairperson.
Kevin and his wife Erica live in Riverview, just outside Tampa. They have three kids, ages 2, 4 and 10, that keep them busy when not at work. If there is any free time he enjoys watching and playing tennis and claims that to be his “hidden agenda” for moving to Florida.
